Terms and conditions

In case of discrepancies or translation errors, the German version of our terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
These terms and conditions are applicable to all rights and obligations that are based on the business relationships between www.paul-ketchup.ch and its clients.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail. A contractual relationship is established by way of the electronic confirmation received upon placing an order.
As a principle, we cannot take back or exchange products even if they are flawless. If a product cannot be delivered, it will not be invoiced nor will it be sent at a later point in time. In this case and if possible, we will suggest similar products to you.
The minimum order quantity amounts to CHF 7 ex packaging and delivery costs.
All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs. The value added tax (MWSt) is included in the indicated price. Prices are ex delivery costs or other costs. We reserve the right to effect price adjustments.
Depending on the method of delivery chosen, between 3 and 5 working days. We strive to deliver as soon as possible. If there is a delay in the delivery, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail in order to find a mutually suitable solution.
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post and invoiced according to their priority/economy charges. In addition to this, we charge CHF 2.50 per order (or per 8 glasses of Ketchup, if the order exceeds this quantity) for packaging.
All orders are delivered by Swiss Post. The customer takes over responsibility for the delivered products even if these were deposited in front of the customer's door, a house/front door or a neighbor's door during the customer's absence. We cannot take back or refund products that were incorrectly ordered by the customer. Upon receipt, the customer shall check the delivered products and notify us in writing (letter, e-mail) within 24 hours in case of delivery errors and/or damaged and lost products.
As a principal, we cannot take back correctly ordered and delivered products. Exception: Returned products will only be accepted upon agreement if the products are not damaged and if they are in the original packaging. Do not hesitate to contact us if one of our articles shows quality defects.
As a principle, we do not transfer any customer data to third parties except for data required for the processing and handling of your orders. You are entitled at any time, and without costs, to obtain information regarding your stored data, and to correct, block or delete your stored data. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Sulgen/TG, Switzerland.
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the provisions of the Swiss data protection act, everyone has the right to the protection of privacy, as well as to protection from misuse of their personal details. We are strictly upholding these regulations. Personal data are kept strictly confidential and will not disclosed, given, sold or transferred to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers we make every effort to protect our databases from external access, loss of data, misuse or falsification. When accessing our websites, the following data are saved to log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and generally transmitted information regarding operating system and browser. These user data parameters are the basis for statistical, anonymous analyses which help us to recognize trends in order to further improve our product offering.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
