Depending on the method of delivery chosen, between 3 and 5 working days. We strive to deliver as soon as possible. If there is a delay in the delivery, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail in order to find a mutually suitable situation.
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post and invoiced according to their priority/economy charges. In addition to this, we charge CHF 2.50 per order (or per 8 glasses of Ketchup, if the order exceeds this quantity) for packaging.
All orders are delivered by Swiss Post. The customer takes over responsibility for the delivered products even if these were deposited in front of the customer's door, a house/front door or a neighbor's door during the customer's absence. We cannot take back or refund products that were incorrectly ordered by the customer. Upon receipt, the customer shall check the delivered products and notify us in writing (letter, e-mail) within 24 hours in case of delivery errors and/or damaged and lost products.
Deliveries outside of Switzerland
Orders outside of Switzerland can also be placed - we deliver abroad. The delivery costs are indicated in our online shop. The customer shall pay any and all customs clearance charges, taxes and levies incurred.
As a principal, we cannot take back correctly ordered and delivered products. Exception: Returned products will only be accepted upon agreement if the products are not damaged and if they are in the original packaging. Do not hesitate to contact us if one of our articles shows quality defects.
